John Roberts - Group Chief Executive Officer
John has spent the last ten years leading the start-up and development of fast growing technology led businesses including successful systems integration companies within the field of automotive electronics and telecommunications. Prior to this John served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar engineer followed by periods at Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and Jaguar Cars. John holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Technology and is a Chartered Engineer.

Dr. Paul Darlington - Chief Technology Officer
Paul founded Apple Dynamics in 1999 after an academic career in the USA and the UK. He holds a Master's Degree in Electronics from the University of Southampton and both a Bachelor's degree and a PhD from the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research. Paul has special expertise in transducers, signal and system analysis and active control, and has a particular interest in auditory function and psychoacoustics.

Dr. Roger Brassington - Chief Engineer
Roger brings with him a wealth of embedded systems and electronics expertise along with complimentary market experience. Prior to his current position, Roger was responsible for on-board electronic architecture at Bentley Motors and most recently was with JCB where he was Chief Electrical Engineer.

Paul Garston - Group Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his current position Paul was Head of Managed Services Delivery for Nokia Siemens Networks UK. Prior to joining NSN, Paul held senior operational management positions for Orange UK. Paul also held positions with Norweb Communications and served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar Engineer. He holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Computing.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with five years corporate finance experience with a leading UK-based independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. Richard holds a BA (Hons) First Class Degree in International Business Finance and Economics.
