The National Physical Laboratory, the UK’s National Measurement Institute and a world-leading centre of excellence in developing and applying the most accurate measurement standards, science and technology, recently confirmed the uniqueness of the technology behind the -ism™2 sound masking processor.

The technology, which relates to the way in which a sound masking signal can be 'morphed' into an environment, is currently being deployed in sound conditioning projects throughout the UK.

The research and development project was backed by North West Development Agency funding, and subsequently led to a successful PCT application.
